Success Fees

Our success fees are earned only when your business successfully sells, ensuring our full commitment to achieving your goals. This performance-based approach ensures we’re fully invested in achieving the optimal outcome for your business, not just any sale. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the final sale price and is payable only at closing.

  • For perspective, under our Growth Partnership, if your business sells for $1 million, the success fee would be $50,000—significantly less than traditional brokers while providing more comprehensive service.
  • Monthly retainers already paid are NOT credited against the success fee, as they cover different aspects of our service
